Plays rock, Blues, Country and Jazz proficiently; although most published material is in the rock genre. Founder of South of Sane. Performed as an opening act for Mother's Finest, Ratt, LA Guns, David Alan Coe, Black and Blue, Charity Case, and John Corabi. South of Sane shared a place in a battle of the bands with I-Nine; who went on to have several national hits and was included in the Cameron Crowe motion picture soundtrack for 'Elizabethtown'. Was a co-headliner on the Women In Rock Tour (SOS was a female fronted group) in 2004. As a solo arist; has played several dates in Jamaica; as well as having covered most of the US. Appeared on television, was a solist for numerours sporting events and has performed for a US President. Dave also has taught guitar and alto saxophone as well as performing clinics.
Other bands with Dave were 'Midnight Rider', 'Mr Kitty' and 'Steal'.
Acting: TV movie Chiefs (1983). Major Motion Picture: 29th Street (1989), Death Sentence (2008). Theater: Debary Community Theater: Played the villain 'Bastion Andre' in 'Is He Dead"? (2009). Played 'Oscar Madison' in a production of 'The Odd Couple' (2011).
Authored the music for the documentary 'It Takes A Team' (The Cure Bowl); used in a national campaign for Breast Cancer awareness. The ‘Cure Bowl’; is a college bowl game to benefit the cause. (2008)
